Head Office Placements specializes in the recruitment and selection of staff for the private sector in KwaZulu-Natal, including Pietermaritzburg, Durban, Ballito and surrounding areas. We enjoy close, long-standing client and candidate relationships. Our founding member, Aleksandra Durrheim, joined the industry in 1996 and established Head Office Placements in the year 2000. Today, our practice area encompasses Accounting, Insurance, Legal, IT, Freight & Logistics, Agriculture and Manufacturing sectors. Head Office Placements is a verified 100% BEE Company. We are a member of the APSO organization and strictly adhere to their code of ethics. Our consultants combine their search methods and industry expertise with personal and professional networks and contacts to align the most qualified and experienced candidates with our clients.
Before C19, we used to interview all our candidates in person. Since March 2020, we have been doing so via WhatsApp video and Zoom. However, you can expect that we will thoroughly interview all suitable candidates and follow up on as many telephonic references as possible. Head Office Placements uses numerous validated in-house skills tests in effort to distinguish an average candidate from the one that stands out! Our tests include: MS Office, Typing, Spelling, Bookkeeping, Accounting, Numeracy, Common Sense and Personality profiling. Credit, criminal record and qualification verification checks are obtained on your request. We also attend to compulsory social media checks.
Our vibrant team of professionals are based in Durban, Pietermaritzburg and Ballito thus we strategically cover the whole of KZN, including Howick, Midlands Meander, Pietermaritzburg, Camperdown, Cato Ridge, Pinetown, Westville, Hillcrest, Assagay, Botha’s Hill, North Coast, Umhlanga, Durban North and North Coast.
