Duties include but are not limited to, maintaining the organization’s corporate image and online presence, analytics and reporting, maintaining systems and data, managing user demands, maintaining ICT infrastructure and services, ensuring engagements between internal and external stakeholders via digital platforms are optimal and progressive, enabling clear, concise and timeous communication, maintaining and increasing overall engagement satisfaction and relationships, increasing service delivery levels and upholding the corporate image of the organization.
