Whiz on Omni or Excel with loads of spunk & personality!
Our Client is looking for a well-organized, well-spoken individual, with very good spreadsheet skills (MS Excel or OMNI) as well as excellent interpersonal skills. Duties include: Dealing with accounts – customers, taking orders, accurate data-capturing on the OMNI Accounting system, accounts, correspondence, customer services, handling cash, credit card machine transactions, invoicing, maintaining customer lists, generating and developing new orders and business, giving feedback on changes to the customer database, delivering goods, ensuring proof of delivery is obtained, filing proof of delivery slips with the office, overseeing returns and approving any returns from customers, collecting stock from suppliers where required, completing detailed call reports, promoting and selling existing and new products, technical support to the counter staff and customers, ensuring that price increase letters are approved by Management & are sent out with statements, meeting sales targets, reporting and assisting Sales management.
