Our clients, with over 30 years’ experience in the FIRE PROTECTION INDUSTRY requires the services of an individual who has worked on Pastel Accounting / Sage One Accounting, MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel and has experience in Finances, Accountancy, Customer liaison, Data Capturing, Debtors & Creditors, Reconciliation of Creditors accounts, Capturing Creditors Invoices, Creditors Queries & Liaison, Invoicing, Debt collecting, Service Cards Maintenance & tracking, Quotes, Typing, Sending and following up on Quotes, Processing go-aheads & Scheduling Site Work, Queries as well as Time Keeping and Problem solving. You will also be assisting the Manager with Various unspecified admin Tasks.
