We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager to join a fast-paced team and help bring the brand’s vision to life! Duties include managing seasonal catalogues, creating high-quality visuals, engaging with online customers, graphic design, updating seasonal range catalogues to showcase new collections and ensuring they align with brand aesthetics, developing promotional materials, including banners, ads, and point-of-sale displays, collaborating with marketing and sales teams, responding to customer inquiries and comments, monitoring social media channels, tracking engagement metrics, recommending improvements based on customer feedback and interactions, brand representation & events, promoting products directly within the community, and keeping up to date with design and social media trends.

Applicants must be fully bilingual in isiZulu and English, have excellent references, proven experience as a Graphic Designer / Social Media Manager and a strong portfolio showcasing social media and marketing skills. This includes proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar software. Travelling will be required as a Brand Ambassador.
